After the death of King Richard's Robin Hood, who fought with him in the
Crusade, returns to his native Nottingham, where he became a witness to
cruelty and corruption of the local ruler. That makes him a robber
gang, which becomes a storm of local rich and protection for the poor.
But Robin is much more ambitious plans. Realizing the general weakness
of power, he seeks to prevent his country from sliding into the abyss of
civil war and return to England, its former power and glory. Screen
