Image Doctor 2 - smooths out the "step"
line jpeg-image, reduces halo around contrasting sections, eliminates
the artifacts and removes "noise". The plugin works fairly
slowly, but the result is worth it, especially if nuzhnouvelichit small

The plugin allows you to
restore the image from the internet "thumbnails", to pull out as much

The structure of Image
Doctor 2 - consists of 4 modules, each of which is designed to work with
a certain type of defects:
* Smart Fill - eliminates

designed to work with relatively small defects (scratches, date, text),

the image from dust or stain.
* JPEG Repair -
eliminates the typical compression method of JPEG block structure of the
image.
