VinylStudio - A program to
convert LPs and tapes into a modern digital format. The program will
split the contents of the disk on separate tracks and remove any
extraneous noise. In addition, the program will automatically download
from the Internet the names of songs, the album presented in a
convertible, and exports the list of user-selected CD-cover editor (for
example, the program Nero Cover Designer).
To work with the program you need a personal computer with a sound
card and record player (supports current models of players with an
interface USB) or a portable cassette recorder. Novice users will
appreciate the availability of detailed step by step instructions for
connecting the player to your PC.
VinylStudio has a number of enhancements, including:
- write track listings to audio CDs
- burn 'gapless' CDs
- de-click several albums in a single operation
- export track listings to your favourite CD-cover editor
- much improved file import / export facilities
- many detailed user interface improvements
- full support for Windows Vista 64 bit
OS: Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 (including 64 bit)
What's New in This Release:
- Re-enabled WASAPI on Vista and Windows 7, but not for devices such
as the NAD PP-3 using USB Audio Codec as there are problems (Windows
problems) with this combination.
- There is now an option to turn WASAPI off, if it doesn't work for your particular device.
- Fixed a couple of problems inserting trackbreaks while recording.
