instant
coffee - 3 tbsp . spoon
water is hot - 3 tbsp . spoon
sugar - 1 / 2
cup
egg yolks - 80 g
Thick cream - 2 cups
Preparation :
Coffee,
soluble in hot water . Dissolve sugar with water and cook the syrup .
Egg
yolks and pound , stirring constantly , enter the syrup , pour coffee,
