Unlocking occurs automatically after you exit the zone while roaming.

History :
0.8 -> 0.9.1: added notification support to being alerted when data will be disabled or restored (debug purpose?)
0.7 -> 0.8: added support to toggle application. fixed ril notifications for new roms.
0.6 -> 0.7: added support to skip connections and disable activeSync auto wakeUp
0.5 -> 0.6: added activeSync signal to re-sync on home network (if applicable with direct push)
0.2 -> 0.5: changed notification from windows mobile event system to ril notification event system (more accurate!)
